When calling, please identify the guest as part of the PBP conference, provide standard information and any special room arrangements which are desired.

Arrival/Departure:
Check in time is 3:00pm, check out is 12:00 noon.

Cancellation:
If canceling a reservation, please do so by 6:00pm the evening prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
